Reviewer Guideline
Reviewer Responsibilities and Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers are expected to provide objective evaluations and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all submitted articles until publication. During the review process, reviewers should consider the following:
- Originality and Significance: Does the article present new and important information?
- Abstract Clarity: Does the abstract accurately and clearly summarize the article's content?
- Methodology: Is the research methodology described in a complete and understandable manner?
- Conclusions: Are the interpretations and conclusions adequately supported by the findings?
- References: Are there sufficient and appropriate references to existing literature in the field?
- Language Quality: Is the language of the article clear and sufficient for academic communication?
Reviewers must inform the editor of any copyright infringement or plagiarism they identify. If a reviewer feels unqualified to assess an article's topic or cannot provide timely feedback, they should notify the editor and withdraw from the review process.
Confidentiality and Reviewer Anonymity
The editor explicitly reminds reviewers that submitted articles are the private property of the authors and are privileged communication. Reviewers and editorial board members are prohibited from discussing articles with other individuals. Great care is taken to maintain the anonymity of the reviewers throughout the process.
